Neosho Missouri Tax Accountant Testimonial | Small Business Tax Support
A Neosho, Missouri Small Business Owner Shares His Experience
When you’re running a business, trust matters. Not just trust that the numbers are right—but trust that your tax accountant understands your business, explains things clearly, and advocates for you when it matters most.
As a tax accountant and enrolled agent serving Neosho, Missouri, I work with small business owners who want more than just tax filing. They want clarity, confidence, and someone who will step in when IRS letters arrive or questions start piling up.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping business owners become more informed and empowered in their finances. Andy Griffith, owner of Solo Link, is one of those business owners. We’ve worked together for over a year, and his experience reflects what personalized small business tax and bookkeeping support in Neosho, MO can look like when it’s done right.
I asked Andy to share his experience in his own words—what stood out to him, what made a difference, and how having an enrolled agent in his corner impacted his business. I’ll let him take it from here.

Hi, my name is Andy Griffith. I’m the owner of Solo Link, and I started working with Nedda about a year and a half—maybe two years—ago.
One of the things I really appreciate about working with her is that she’s not just a CPA. She’s what’s called an Enrolled Agent. My understanding is that she’s either tested by the IRS or approved by them to serve at a higher level.
At one point, I received a letter from the IRS from two or three years back saying that I owed them $800. Normally, in that situation, you just pay it. But when I gave the letter to her, she reassured me and said, “Let me do some digging. Just wait, and I’ll let you know.”
Within about two weeks, she told me I didn’t owe them anything. That was huge. I didn’t have to make any phone calls. I didn’t have to fill out any forms. I just handed it to her, and she took care of it.
Whenever I have questions, she makes me feel informed and educated. You know how sometimes you talk to people and feel like you’re being talked down to? That never happens with her. Instead, she encourages me to become more business-savvy with my books and to better understand financial literacy.
Every time I work with her, I walk away feeling confident.
